Some skills I learned this weekend include the art of interviewing and the differences and capabilities of several high quality cameras. Besides all the technical skills I acquired over the course of this weekend, one main skill I learned was acceptance. Accepting everyone for who they are, and that at the end of the day we're all humans. Plus, our similarities definitely outweigh our differences. –Ahmed Rabie, Student Participant

My favorite memory of the trip was when we went swimming in the rain. That was my favorite memory because we had the most fun in the creek and it was a time where we go together and helped to encourage each other to take a chance and dare to be be brave as we wallowed in the icy cold water. –Nicholas Nwanze, Student Participant

I wouldn't think twice before recommending this camp to a friend. It is a great way for newcomers to the film-making world, to see what it's all about. You also get to meet great new people, and develop friendships (even though it's only 3 days). You also learn about other people's religions, and see the world through their eyes. In conclusion, it is a great experience, and I am extremely happy to have been a part of it. –Ahmed Rabie, Student Participant
